We are a GDPR compliant Company and therefore set out to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. I Believe Management Ltd are the data controller and hold all personal and contact details of the Talent and parent(s)/guardians(s) for under 18s, as outlined in the Talent Agreement you completed. We will share these details where appropriate with our clients for potential castings/jobs. Our clients include bonafide industry recognized companies, for example, Production Companies and Casting Directors. All Talent’s personal information such as appearance details, date of birth, allergies, dietary requirements, skills, talents and more will be shared with clients for potential/confirmed jobs.
