How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

●      On our Join Us form, so we can sign you up to the Agency.

  • On our Tagmin Platform, so we have your personal details relevant to any jobs and then are able to pay you for those jobs.

  • On our Talent Agreement so both you and I Believe Management Ltd are protected by a contract.

●      On Agreements/Contracts for future jobs between Production Company and Talent/Parent(s)/Guardian(s).

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

●      From your Spotlight account, for example in order to submit you for potential jobs.

  • From your Tagmin Account, for example to pay you for any job where money was received from Production.

●      From Production Teams who have had direct contact with the Talent for any jobs you have been assigned, for example from costume departments, catering teams and transportation information to and from assignments.

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Contact Talent/Parent/Guardian, for example, to inform you of any castings you have been invited to.

  • Promote Talent to Clients, for example to Casting Directors and other leading industry professionals so we can put you forward for castings and other potential job opportunities.

  • Inform Casting professionals of any appropriate information required, for example your location, age, height and any clothing measurements.

We may share this information with Casting Directors and other leading industry professionals so we can put you forward for castings and other potential job opportunities.
